Founded in 2016 as a personal credit comparison startup, ComparaJá has been growing and evolving in line with the needs it perceived in the market.
“We started to provide a home loan comparison and intermediation service from a single point of view, that of fostering relationships with banks for personal credit. What did we perceive? That home loans were the most profitable here, and we changed. We started with personal loans, then home loans, then telecommunications, then insurance. The last one we opened was energy”, explains Guilherme Anastácio, Content and Outreach Specialist at ComparaJá.
In a company that is constantly and rapidly growing, it is important to be attentive to all needs but even more important to know how to act on them. Using Coverflex since December 2021, ComparaJá found in Coverflex a way to simplify flexible benefits attribution processes without making them simplistic.
“In our previous solution, there were no benefits, and there were many cases in which we wanted to use the card and couldn’t”, recalls Guilherme Anastácio. Coverflex’s all-in-one solution allowed the company, that has more than 100 employees, to manage the meal card balance and the flexible benefits balance on a single platform. “It came in line with an internal restructuring and, since we were changing everything, we decided to change the food and benefits card.”
“From a fiscal point of view, the advantages are obvious. But we noticed that there was a difference in employee appreciation, a closer and more careful concern. Coverflex’s service was also important, a little bit in that sense of having an extra affection for the employee”, underlines Guilherme.
Sofia Croft, Head of People & Culture at ComparaJá, says that she started in the company precisely in the middle of the process of adopting the Coverflex platform, and her work proposal already took this extra factor into account. She says that she already knew about the flexible benefits solution from past professional experiences, and considers that the solution was well received by the team. “Transport cards, pharmacies, Coverflex Childcare: the solution is great and the team is satisfied”, she says. “I don’t find any difficulties”, she stresses.
The adoption of Coverflex was organic, Guilherme states. “The app turns out to be so intuitive and simple that it didn’t require a lot of explanation or development for people. We easily understand how we can use all the features”, he underlines.
“People noticed right away, and even thanked us. They were happy”, he says.
