How does the selection process work?

  • GPTW® identifies throughout the year the organisations that, according to employees, are good places to work, through the questionnaire Trust Index®.
  • Companies that meet the stipulated criteria receive their Certified™ seal and become eligible for the Best Workplaces™ ranking.
  • Companies recognised as Certified™ are audited on their people management practices and policies.

Only the companies with the highest rates of trust by their team and the best qualified practices based on the GPTW® methodology achieve a place in the ranking. The study that led to this ranking included 60,000 employees and more than 200 companies. For the study, more than 1000 practices of the evaluated organisations were analysed.
