In the beginning of 2023, Great Place to Work® recognised Coverflex as the best place to work in Portugal, in the category of companies with 51-100 employees. A few months later, our company was distinguished by the same entity as one of the best places to work in Europe in the category of medium-sized companies (50-499 employees). Now, we are thrilled to announce that Coverflex has been officially recognised as one of the best places to work in Italy in the category of companies with 10 to 49 employees!

The goal was to align its image with its rapid growth, expanded offerings, and diverse audience. In this blog post, we explore why Coverflex chose to refresh its brand, the meticulous process it undertook, and the exciting results that followed.

In 2023, we proudly reached the 100,000 mark: over 100,000 people are using Coverflex in Portugal. More than 45 thousand childcare vouchers were issued through our platform. We started the year with fewer than 100 team members and grew to 125: 125 people working to revolutionise compensation in Portugal, Italy, and Spain. We expanded in various aspects, and today, we share that growth with you.
