The profound changes experienced in the labour market in recent months and the way in which, for the first time in history, companies are witnessing having five generations in the same work space are realities that managers cannot ignore.

Coverflex wants to be part of the solution. Therefore, it joins some of the most relevant speakers at national level to participate in this year's edition of ExpoRH, an annual event that brings together, for three days, the greatest professionals in the field of human resources in Portugal.

During the event, Coverflex will participate in two different moments:

  1. "Employee experience: how to make each person unique". This conversation, scheduled for June 16th at 3:30 pm at Teatro Gil Vicente, in Cascais, will be about the reasons that lead companies to offer flexible benefits with the goal of attracting and retaining talent and how flexible compensation can be a way to efficiently and simply rise to the challenges of managing people with different needs and contexts.
  1. "Compensation, digital competence 4.0". At this round table, scheduled for June 17th, at 10:40 am, at the Auditorium of Casa das Histórias Paula Rego, Coverflex invites representatives from PwC and Doutor Finanças to talk about the role of technology accessible to everyone, taking into account diversity and inclusion criteria, and also about key factors such as flexibility and freedom in retaining the best people.
