O

ur Coverflex AI was created to simplify the management of compensation and benefits. We created virtual agents that could reduce mundane tasks, provide insights and guidance that drive actions, and enable decisions in real-time.

The results to date speak for themselves: time is being saved by businesses on admin processes, HR departments have more time on strategy, and employees are getting instant answers to their questions.

And that wasn’t all. More recently, we launched Coverflex AI on WhatsApp so that we could handle daily interactions–e.g., reimbursement requests or verification of balances–within seconds by way of the channel that millions of people use.

Where Coverflex AI has its biggest impact at companies

As per usage until today, we’ve witnessed seven areas where Coverflex AI is adding the most value:

  • Data & insights: Understanding how workers are using Coverflex and comparing findings against market;
  • Payroll & accounting: Accessing ready-to-use information for financial reporting & compliance;
  • Tailored benefits policies: Creating individualized policies from foundation inputs provided by the business;
  • Insurance: Modeling, comparing, and providing health insurance policies, and recommending the best options;
  • Direct service to employees: Answering queries related to insurance and benefits, giving HR departments more time;
  • Real-time policy validation: Confirmation of a specified expense against company policy;
  • Customer service: Providing an agent ready to address any questions related to Coverflex and pay as a whole.

Everyday examples

Some of the examples of how Coverflex AI has automated processes and minimized manual work are as follows:

  • A company examining its health insurance is able to model new policies, compare quotes, and reach a decision within minutes—without lengthy negotiations with carriers.
  • An inexperienced manager who has never done a benefits policy before can specify which perquisites to offer (e.g., retirement savings plans or health insurance) and already have a pre-formatted policy aligned with best practices. The software agent guides the manager step by step–if they'd like a meal card, for example–the agent automatically will suggest the maximum tax-free amount–guiding them in their choices and helping them make them more accurately.
  • An ambivalent employee about whether a given procedure is applicable receives an immediate answer from the virtual agent, without imposing any extra burdens upon HR.
  • An issue with your meal card at some supermarkets is resolved in seconds, offering clarity and confirmation.

What we've learned so far, and what's next

The progress we've made so far shows an unmistakable pattern: companies save time, HR departments break free from routine work, and managers make faster, data-based decisions.

Next is to take it a step further. With greater external system integrations and more personally customized artificial intelligence, Coverflex AI will continue to disrupt the business world's way of providing compensation.
